It's your responsibility to secure your device and access to the App. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose your device to malware, compromise its security features, and potentially cause the Ninja Sage App to malfunction or cease working entirely.

Please be aware, Ninja Sage cannot be held responsible for certain functionalities of the App requiring an active internet connection. Your mobile network provider’s terms and charges will apply if you access the App without Wi-Fi. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any data charges incurred, including roaming charges if applicable. Ensure your device remains charged to avail the service; Ninja Sage cannot be held accountable for issues arising from your device’s battery depletion.
While we strive to keep the information in the App updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for certain information. Ninja Sage accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, incurred as a result of relying on the App's functionality.
We may update the App from time to time, and it's your responsibility to download these updates to continue using the App. Ninja Sage does not guarantee the App will always be compatible with your device or be updated. You agree to accept updates to the App when offered. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
